Coffee enthusiastics! Go for it. Cons: Overpriced (Depends on people) and drink quantity is very lowPros: For a coffee enthusiastic person, this thing is amazing, makes a couple of stuff with less hassle. Mug itself is stylish and well built (bit heavy though) otherwise if you can then buy it. Stand is also well built, it’s mostly plastic, but yeah good finish.One more thing to mention is that it exactly does what they say. Even the foam it makes is real. So for those who thinks that buying expensive coffee in Cafe is not worth then this is not for you.Otherwise go for it because people also buy expensive iPhones knowing that it is just gonna perform similar functions to that of motorola but those who buy it know the differences.

Useful product, trendy and functional. This product is ideal for someone who loves coffee – starbucks style – and wants something in the comfort of the home. Also a pretty good present.Pros – The coffee is very decent. Not exactly barista one but pretty close to what one can get at home. Some minor tweaks like running the program for 2X can give you some extra froth. I was very interested in getting cappuccino style coffee and this one came pretty close to the final product. Don’t expect something exactly like SB.The APP works very well and is actually good to show-off. Not much practical use but good to haveWashing – I have read many reviews complaining about the washing problems with this gadget. The trick is to wash it immediately after using it with mild soapy warm water. And then dry is out by wiping with the cloth. Take out the frother once in a while and it is good to go. It doesn’t take more that 2-5 min and is super convenient.Cons – For someone who likes hot coffee, this doesn’t quite do the job. The coffee is at the best warm and NOT hot. I like cold coffee so it is perfect for me.The amount can be also a sore point for some people. One run gives enough for a small cup, which is good for me but can be a bummer for someone who like a big one.The product is NOT must have but more good to have. It is a good present for your special one and useful once you get the hang of things. The coffee output is definitely better that what I can do by hand, with much much less effort.Love it.

This is my experience after 2 cups of cappuccino,will updater after using for sometimes.This one is easy to use and relatively easy to carry,though no travel pouch provided.Makes mildly hot coffee with some froth which is much better than what I get @hospital canteen.But if you like your coffee brewed like me,you will be slightly disappointed as this makes filter coffee.Amount is just enough for one person once.You will have to reuse it,in case you drink larger amounts or multiple people,/times.Cumbersome to clean,am worried not to damage the inner coating.Still figuring out.Easy to par the device with your phone.Lot many receipes @ app,yet to try but am excited to try them all..🙂A plastic measuring spoon in the box but since is a portable device,a travel bag which is essential is MISSING.Also the various recepies@app mention exact quantities,a measuring pitcher is a must.Moreover it’s steeply priced,could have easily provided the accessories if they bothered about user experience.If you are frequently on the move ,this would help.Being a filter coffee lover would help too.For me,it more or less does the job ..Can use this in doctors room while keeping an eye on my patients at the same time.Feedback to Nescafe–1) Pls bring down the price.2)Atleast include a carry bag and measuring pitcher in the box.PS..Will update later after having used it for sometimes.Update–1)No froth/very less froth even for cupaccino-use a hand held frother after pouring in a cup.2)Preparation is just little less hot even after max temp setting via app.If you like steaming hot coffee,think twice.3)Tastes like a regular instant coffee,nothing special.4) Works well with android app.5)Portable if you find a right kind of carry bag.I am more of filter coffee kind of person,like my coffee well brewed and frothy,hence returning this.Price is too high to keep it just for a try.Will buy when either they upgrade the product or bring down the price.All in all,idea behind the product is nice.Just needs some fine tuning.If you like instant coffee or are always on the go,you can consider this.

Needs more features. If you want an easy no frills coffe machine. Buy this with eyes closed.Just add coffee, milk, sugar and you get a good cup of coffee in 2 mins.Bluetooth connectivity is debatable. I guess it depends on the smartphone you are using, on my OnePlus 9, it connects easily 9/10 times. The other 1 time i have to switch on/off the machine to get it to work.Just make sure you have bluetooth + location services (precise)+ nearby devices permission enabled. Lose one of these and your device wouldn’t connect. And Nescafe app doesn’t tell you what the issue is, so that is why most people get frustrated, hence the reviews.Now coming to the coffee – This coffe machine can only make capuccino and espresso, rest of the coffe types in the app are just gimmicks sadly.It all depends on what ingredients you put into it.For latte is needs some type of nescafe coffee i don’t know where could be available.I just use Nescafe powder to make coffee.Another drawback is price. The quality of this machine is superb. But this thing would be best priced at 3k. 6k is quite over the top for it.

Do not buy this product. I had terrible experience with Nestle. I received a faulty product. Upon contacting Nestle they arranged for a pick up to fix the machine. That was 4 days ago. Nestle sent an email to me committing to return the product by the 16th (which was yesterday) so that I can return the product to Amazon. Now, I don’t have the product, therefore, unable to return it to Amazon and get my refund!
