Pop up toaster. The product is defective. It’s very much in guarantee period. It was delivered to me on 12th September 2023. My daughter used it 3 days back. The pop is not working. Return window has been closed. Only possibility is can be repaired by the Company management. Kindly depute representative of the company at my place to get it repaired……

WORST CUSTOMER Care Service. The toaster worked fine for 2 months. Then its temperature control button started malfunctioning. And the nozzle through which we press down the bread, became free . It completely stopped working on the 2nd month. Which is fine . It had 1 year warranty. BUT when i tried contacting customer care team, it dragged me till 4 months without giving any resolution. The worst customer care service i tell you. They will copy paste the same “we are working on your issue” forever. And then a time will come when your warranty will end by just this delay-drama. And you will end up giving up on that.The Product was Good but the customer care after sale services is ZERO.
